About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate to join our Platform Trading Coaching and Support group within Wealth & Investment Management. The Business Execution Associate will provide field coaching in support of our advisory applications. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at www.wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide quality, consultative coaching to the field for investment advisory tools and applications, such as Unified Advisory Trading, ICapital, Single Order Entry, Advanced Order Entry, Bond Center, and any future applications
  • Act as a subject matter expert on advisory applications for field and other key business partners
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area
  • Participate in all required training, testing, and remain current on all application releases and updates
  • Assist with initiatives and deliverables and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance
  • Collaborate and consult with colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders
  • Provide in-bound phone and email support to field users on advisory applications, as needed
  • Offer escalation assistance for advisory platforms, collaborating with internal partners to resolve matters quickly and efficiently
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
  • May provide training and onboarding tonew or less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Coaching and training experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience facilitating and delivering education or other related facilitation experience such as group meetings or presentations
  • Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend best practices
  • Experience supporting investment advisory products and/or applications
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • FINRA registration including Series 7 and 66 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)

Job Expectations:

  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process.
  • This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
