About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant - Root Cause Analysis to shape and deliver strategic insights for the Consumer and Business Banking Root Cause Analysis program within the CBL CAO organization. This role partners closely with the business and the Enterprise Root Cause Analysis Office (ERCAO) to identify trends, uncover actionable insights from customer and employee feedback, and influence leadership decisions that drive meaningful improvement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead crossfunctional teams to plan, execute, and deliver RCA program requirements
  • Convert complex Root Cause Analysis findings into compelling, decision-ready narratives that influence senior leaders and drive business adoption of recommendations
  • Drive accountability, manage risks, and identify process efficiencies
  • Assess business performance, identify trends, and recommend strategic approaches
  • Conduct complex analyses using data and research design to develop clear, actionable recommendations
  • Support decisionmaking by facilitating issue resolution and solution implementation
  • Collaborate with Business Execution cross-functional partners and leaders on strategic initiatives
  • Lead socialization meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, guiding decisions with data-driven insights and thought leadership


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of reporting or analytics experience
  • 3 +years experiencewith customer experience tools and methodologies (journey mapping, Net Promoter System, JD Power, Bain benchmarking)

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with root cause analysis and enterprise complaints/remediation processes and/or management consulting
  • Proven ability to synthesize research into actionable and relevant insights for senior leaders in the business
  • Advanced analytical skills and experience interpreting large, complex data sets and qualitative inputs
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, passionate about customer and employee experience, and curious
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven collaboration and relationshipbuilding abilities
  • Strong critical thinking and independent problemsolving abilities
  • Advanced PowerPoint and data visualization skills
  • Experience in Consumer & Business Banking or Lending
  • Demonstrated proficiency in identifying trends, measuring impacts over time, and translating insights into recommendations
  • Experience using Copilot and AI prompting

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
