About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate to join our Advisor Platform Coaching group within Wealth & Investment Management. The Business Execution Associate will provide field coaching in support of our Advisor and Client platforms. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at www.wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide quality, consultative coaching to the field regarding Financial Advisor (FA) and Digital Platform tools and applications such as Advisor Gateway / SmartStation, Client Management, Client Reporting, and Mobility applications
  • Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners
  • Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups
  • Participate in all required training and remain current on all application releases and updates
  • Collaborate and consult with colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders
  • Assist with initiatives and deliverables and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance
  • Provide information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers if applicable
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
  • May provide training and onboarding tonew or less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Coaching and training experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience facilitating and delivering education or other related facilitation experience such as group meetings or presentations
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing: growing a business or portfolio of clients
  • Experience supporting Advisor Gateway/ SmartStation, Client Management, Client Reporting, and Mobility applications
  • Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend best practices
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • FINRA registration including Series 7 and 66 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)

Job Expectations:

  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired. Information will be shared about expectations during the recruitment process.
  • This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.

  • Follows enterprise in-office requirements.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
