About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Marketing Business Execution Senior Manager to support the continued build-out and scaling of a centralized Marketing Delivery function within CardProduct Capabilities. The Marketing Delivery function includes Acquisitions and Portfolio marketing in both owned and paid channels (direct mail, email, digital, as well as affiliates / paid search / paid media).

This role will play a critical leadership role in enabling consistent, scalable, and well-governeddeliveryof marketingcampaignsacross a complex, multi-channel environment. The position is responsible for establishing and evolving the operating frameworks, processes, and routines that translate marketing strategies into disciplineddeliveryand measurable outcomes. The role partners closely with Product Strategy, Enterprise Marketing, Risk,Legal,Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective delivery across the marketing lifecycle.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a team responsible for developing and executing complex, highvisibilitygrowth Marketing campaigns acrossboth owned and paid channels
  • Manage team-led marketing program initiatives, ensuring on-time,high-qualityexecution aligned with channel governance, best practices, and crosschannel considerations.
  • Lead the transformation of marketing delivery capabilitiesthroughstructured processes,AI-enabled solutionsandnew ways of workingto improveefficiency, scalability, and operational effectivenesswhiledriving adoptionacross stakeholders.
  • Design and evolve end-to-end marketing delivery operating models that enable scalable, well-governed delivery across campaigns, channels, and initiatives
  • Drive disciplined delivery of marketing programs by translating strategic priorities into clear delivery plans, sequencing, and resource alignment across a complex set of initiatives
  • Optimize governance frameworks and routines, including alignment to risk and control requirements, ensuring consistency and compliance across delivery activities
  • Improve performance monitoring to drive delivery health, including the development of dashboards, reporting, and routines that provide visibility into outcomes, risks, and bottlenecks
  • Lead prioritization and decision-making across competing demands, balancing business objectives, capacity, and dependencies to drive optimal outcomes
  • Identify and address delivery risks, gaps, and inefficiencies, proactively driving resolution and escalation where appropriate
  • Partner across a broad range of stakeholders including Product, Enterprise Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of objectives, timelines, and governance standards
  • Synthesize complex inputs into clear, executive-level communications, providing visibility into progress, tradeoffs, risks, and recommended actions
  • Lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement aligned to business objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years Management or leadership experience

  • Demonstrated experience leading transformation, process improvement, and organizational change in evolving environments
  • Experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations with responsibility for delivery, operations, or delivery management at scale
  • Proven ability to design and implement operating models, governance routines, and delivery frameworks that drive consistency and accountability
  • Experience leading or supporting marketing delivery, campaign delivery, or customer-facing initiatives across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of risk and control environments, including experience supporting control-related processes, audits, or examinations
  • Proven ability to establish and monitor performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting that drive transparency, accountability, and decision making
  • Strong executive communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and create clarity across competing priorities.
  • Proven track record of building strong partnerships and collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, including structured thinking, analytical rigor, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Interest in leveraging automation, AI-enabled tools, and emerging technologies to enhance business processes and operational effectiveness
