Job Description Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid) OR Hawaii (O'ahu) A results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and support our continued growth. Position Overview The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth across all Sollucio divisions. This individual will develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to the overall business development objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities * Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities for Sollucio's Advisory, Infotech, and Recruiting divisions. * Develop and implement sales strategies, account planning, and forecasting for existing accounts and target markets. * Engage in cold calling, networking, and indirect marketing strategies to penetrate key accounts and acquire new business.

* Present Sollucio's services and business lines to new and existing clients, ensuring clear communication of value propositions. * Meet weekly KPIs and revenue goals as set by the CEO. * Mentor and coach team members on sales processes, marketing strategies, and presentation techniques to enhance customer engagement.

* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and recommend process improvements to maximize customer value. * Collaborate with the CFO and operations team to ensure compliance with industry regulations, particularly in Healthcare and Fintech. * Draft, review, and negotiate Statements of Work (SOWs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs), working closely with Legal and executive leadership for contract finalization.

* Represent Sollucio at networking events and industry conferences as required by the executive leadership team.
