Role Description The Wealth Management/Insurance Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Park Ridge, IL. The trainee will support experienced agents and financial representatives in serving clients who are planning for retirement, including participating in one-on-one consultations, gathering client information, and helping assess financial needs. Daily responsibilities include assisting with the development of insurance and investment strategies, preparing proposals and presentations, and maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
