Job description

  • Projected Program Start Date: June - July 2027 (exact start date to be finalized and communicated at a later date)
  • Locations: Hartford CT; Woonsocket, RI; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX
  • Starting Salary: $70,000

Sponsorship:

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.

Locations: This program has positions available at multiple office locations across the country and offers the flexibility of working 2-3 days in
the office (hybrid arrangement). These locations offer you the opportunity to work in offices that have fellow program professionals. Should
you accept a position in this program, we will take your preferred office location into consideration and will attempt to accommodate it. Your
final work location will be shared with you closer to your start date.

Office locations available for this program include: Hartford, CT; Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Woonsocket, RI

The General Management Development Program is a full-time, dynamic, 3-year rotational program designed to develop individuals entering
the management field into future leaders. The program provides you with exposure across CVS Health's core businesses and offers
meaningful rotations with a focus on business and leadership skills. Participants will complete three 13-month rotations across multiple enterprise functions with exposure to senior leadership in each operating

division.

As a program participant, you will progress through GMDP rotations following a developmental plan to achieve key capabilities.
You will:

  • Build Strategic Consulting, Healthcare Analytics, and Project Management skills
  • Achieve milestones related to each rotation
  • Contribute to business plans
  • Advocate for change
  • May solicit and evaluate customer feedback to enhance continuous improvement
  • Develop recommendations based on complex data and root cause analysis
  • Be a resource for other colleagues; responsible for portions of projects
  • Help identify gaps, recommend, and implement new and more useful ways to approach and improve products, processes and service using business segment and function knowledge


In addition to learning fundamental technical skills, through this program participants will improve proficiency on the following General

  • Demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional growth to enhance their leadership capabilities
  • Contributing effectively to the organization

Required Qualifications

  • Meet educational requirements: Anticipated completion of bachelor's degree program by start date (June 2027) or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience; Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, or sports
  • Be outcomes-focused and a collaborative team member
  • Project management experience; Examples include leading a school or work-related project from start to finish
  • Must have successfully completed corporate internship program
  • Intention to see the GMDP through to completion (complete all 3 rotations and all required curriculum)

Education

  • Have a major, minor, concentration, or work experience relevant to the position. Examples include : Business Management, Healthcare Management, Economics, Public Health, Health Sciences, Leadership Studies, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or Psychology

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
