We’re hiring a motivated Insurance Sales Trainee to join our team in Downey under a structured mentorship program with an established Farmers Insurance Agency. This full-time, in person paid position that provides hands-on training, professional development, and real-world sales experience selling Farmers Insurance products preparing you for future advancement opportunities within Farmers Insurance.
You’ll receive personalized coaching from a top-performing agent while learning every aspect of agency operations, from client management to new business development.
To qualify you do need a Property & Casualty Insurance license to start and need to obtain a Life & Health insurance license within 90 Days of starting the program.
What You’ll Do
  • Assist clients with auto, home, life, and business insurance needs
  • Build and maintain lasting client relationships
  • Learn effective sales and service techniques through guided training
  • Meet performance and compliance goals
  • Participate in Farmers’ award-winning University of Farmers® training modules

Compensation
  • $3,000 Monthly Base Salary
  • 40%-50% Commission on New Business Agency Commissions (Perosnal Lines, Life, Commerical)
