As the Director of Sales & Business Development you will lead revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and establish a strong presence in the commercial interiors market. This role is ideal for a strategic, executionfocused leader who delivers measurable results while providing exceptional client service across the full client journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales and business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration within commercial furniture and interiors.
- Build and maintain longterm client relationships through a hightouch, consultative approach that drives repeat business.
- Identify, prioritize, and secure new opportunities with corporate clients, architects, designers, dealers, and real estate developers.
- Position the company as a differentiated leader in additive manufacturing and customized furniture solutions.
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
- Lead complex sales cycles including presentations, proposals, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
- Develop strategic partnerships and alliances that expand market reach and create new revenue channels.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to align client needs with product capabilities, timelines, and cost targets.
- Gather market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform product development and gotomarket strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
