  • Provide business management support across the Financial Services team

  • Develop and support the Financial Services brand strategy across customer touchpoints

  • Lead Financial Services engagement with Marketing on campaign planning, briefs, priorities, and performance

  • Serve as the key Financial Services partner to Store Operations for in-store execution

  • Partner with Finance on planning, forecasting, reporting, and business case development

  • Lead Financial Services partnership with Walmart Connect to identify media and partner-funded growth opportunities

  • Lead and support new business opportunities, special projects, and strategic initiatives

  • Partner with Product and Technology teams on digital, operational, and platform enablement

  • Lead or support Long Range Planning (LRP) and Annual Plan (AOP), business reviews, and executive updates for Financial Services
