Long-Term Care Business Office Manager Opportunity!

Mount Zion Health & Rehab Center is looking for a dedicated and organized Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our growing team!

The Business Office Manager is a key member of the Mount Zion Health & Rehab leadership team and is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all business office functions under the direction of the Administrator and AR Director. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and always looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency.

Your Role

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor and process Medicaid Pending applications

  • Prepare and submit applicable write-off requests per collection policies

  • Prepare and maintain daily deposits

  • Oversee all Accounts Payable functions

  • Manage payroll processes and timekeeping systems

  • Supervise Business Office staff

  • Maintain compliance with billing and reimbursement procedures

  • Complete additional duties as assigned by management

Who We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred

  • Previous business office, billing, payroll, or accounting experience preferred

  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, insurance billing, and reimbursement practices

  • Microsoft Office experience preferred

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

  • Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude

  • Passionate about providing genuine hometown care and supporting residents and staff
