Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is valuable, but candidates with strong business-development performance in real estate or another relationship-centered industry are encouraged to apply.

Regional Scope and Travel

This role supports Elderwood skilled nursing facilities and business-development activity across the Buffalo and Rochester regions. Regular travel to facilities, referral sources, accounts, meetings, and community events is required.

The successful candidate must be able to manage a broad regional territory and maintain a visible presence in both markets. A flexible schedule is also required for occasional evening or weekend meetings and events.

  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid holidays
  • Paid time off
  • Career advancement opportunities

If you are a relationship-driven business-development professional who knows how to evaluate markets, build networks, and create sustainable growth, apply today to help expand Elderwood’s presence across the Buffalo and Rochester regions.
