Overview
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Expand lines of service as defined by management by developing and retaining referrals from physicians and other key non-physician referral sources
Responsibilities
Business Development Representative - Outpatient Programs
Location: Memphis, TN | Type: Full-Time
Travel: Local, frequent
What You'll Do
Drive growth by building and managing referral relationships with a focus on outpatient programs.
  • Develop strong partnerships with physicians, discharge planners, social workers, and case managers
  • Grow and maintain outpatient referral sources
  • Manage leads and support a smooth admissions process
  • Educate referral partners, patients, and families on outpatient services and programs
  • Identify new opportunities for community partnerships and growth
  • Plan and host events, trainings, and networking outreach
  • Track activity and performance using Salesforce/CRM tools
  • Represent the organization in the community and at professional events
  • Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure appropriate care placement

What You Bring
  • 2+ years in sales, marketing, or business development (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Organized, goal-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
