The Role:

UAT is seeking an outgoing and motivated sales professional to connect and coordinate Perimeter83 and UATs offering to organizations and individuals seeking rental space. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships and growing business opportunities. Perimeter83s products are technology-focused and include industry services contracts offered by the institution, co-working, certificate, and specialized business-to-business training, short-term rental of UATs spaces and supporting services. Development activities further include identification and development work that links Perimeter83 and UAT to technology grant opportunities.

The Coordinator is a visible representative of UAT who actively engages with local business, organizations, and individuals to promote Perimeter83 offerings. They will attend networking events, meet with potential clients, and establish partnerships to expand our reach. They will also be responsible for scoping and quoting projects, rentals and services, and then ensuring that Perimeter83 and UAT provides results and experiences that meet industry client expectations. To this purpose, the Coordinator will serve as a liaison to clients and be active in fulfilling expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell Perimeter83 products - certificate programs, customized B2B technology training, technology co-working spaces, short-term space rentals, and technology professional services
  • CRM management by cultivating potential clients and progressing them through the Perimeter83 deal funnel
  • Provide technology trend consultation that improves client business success
  • Promote Perimeter83 through social media channels
  • Cultivate contacts and future clients by being a presence at local technology and technology startup events.

Important Notes:

  • This role is not confined to standard 9am-6pm working hours. The schedule will be based on sales opportunities, meetings, and community engagement.
  • This role is not fully remote; working in-person at the Tempe, AZ campus is required when not involved in the community.



Salary and Benefits:

$65,000 for first six months to help you establish your client base. After six months, base pay transitions to minimum wage plus commission, offering unlimited earning potential based on your sales performance.
