Your main goal is to schedule appointments and follow-up communications, contributing to customer satisfaction and dealership growth. Job Requirement:QualificationsBilingual proficiency is required.High school diploma or equivalent.Experience with phone and telemarketing, preferably in automotive, business development, or customer service.Familiarity with scripts, power tracks, and alternative choices.Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor at all customer interactions.Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with self-motivation to work independently and in teams.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with effective time management and prioritization skills.Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and data entry skills.
