Business Development Consultant (BDC) – AutomotiveNorthwest Hills Chevrolet GMC Cadillac

Northwest Hills Chevrolet GMC Cadillac is growing and looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Business Development Consultant to join our team. If you have automotive BDC experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy building relationships with customers, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:
  • Handle inbound sales and service inquiries via phone, text, email, and chat.

  • Schedule appointments and help drive showroom traffic.

  • Follow up with leads quickly and professionally.

  • Build rapport with customers and deliver an exceptional experience.

  • Create engaging video responses and be comfortable appearing on camera.

  • Maintain accurate records and customer communications in the CRM.

  • Work closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

Previous automotive BDC, internet sales, or dealership experience required.

Excellent phone and communication skills.

Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video messages.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Ability to multitask and perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a strong work ethic.

CRM experience preferred.
