We are currently looking to expand our team and are looking to fill new openings for New Business Development/Account Managers in the following territories:

  • North Houston
  • Northwest Houston
  • South Houston

Quick Overview: This is an Outside Sales and New Business Development position.

Duties Includes: cold calling, prospecting, lead management, account management and providing the ultimate customer experience within a designated territory.
TPI Staffing, Inc. is looking for driven and ambitious individuals who are motivated to help TPI Staffing continue our expansion in the Houston, Texas market. We are looking for an experienced outside sales rep with a proven track record in the sales field, previous staffing experience is preferred.
Qualities we are looking for in our next Outside Sales candidate:
  • Proven sales experience with the nurturing and ability to turning new client relationships into valued partnerships
  • Ability to establish professional relationships with clients through phone calls/emails, meetings and on-site visits
  • Experience prospecting and building a network for new business opportunities and referrals

Quotas:
  • 180 Combined Phone Calls/Emails per week
  • 2-4 Appointments per week
  • 1-2 New Accounts per week
A great Outside Sales candidate to be considered will have the following:
  • 1+ years in an Outside Sales role
  • Previous experience in the Staffing industry, preferred
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish, preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills
  • High Energy with a ‘motivated, can-do’ attitude
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to set goals, results-driven and manage priorities
