Your role

  • Develop and execute a personal business development plan to grow a profitable portfolio of equipment loans and leases within an assigned territory
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new client relationships through targeted business development activities and referral networks
  • Structure, negotiate, and recommend financing solutions, including pricing and risk parameters, aligned with credit policies and risk appetite
  • Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing clients by providing responsive, value‑added financial advice
  • Collaborate with internal partners, including credit and branch teams, to deliver integrated solutions and support client needs
  • Use customer relationship management tools to manage pipelines, forecast results, and track performance against objectives

Requirements
