Job description

The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and business growth by traveling extensively throughout an assigned territory to build relationships with insurance agencies and represent the company at industry trade shows and charitable events. The ideal candidate is a polished, relationship-driven professional with exceptional networking, sales, and presentation skills who enjoys building lasting partnerships. Success in this role requires adaptability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This role offers a competitive base salary complemented by a monthly commission plan tied to territory performance, providing the opportunity to earn additional compensation while driving growth within your assigned territory.

Requirements:
  • 3 or more years of successful sales or in-person client relations experience 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Knowledge of software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
