Compensation

Salary plus commission. Expected annual compensation of $70k or greater in 1st year.

Rainbow Restoration of Chesapeake is a restoration services provider dedicated to excellence in

restoring properties and environments after disasters like fires, floods, and storms.We also provide non-emergency

services, such as carpet cleaning and odor removal. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and making a positive impact on the communities we serve.

Your Role

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth trajectory. You

will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Your contributions will directly influence the expansion and reputation of our company in the restoration

industry.

Responsibilities

Researching and identifying potential clients and business opportunities in the restoration industry.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.

Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our customer base and market presence.

Collaborating with the leadership team to define sales strategies and goals.

Participating in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services.

Contributing to the development of marketing materials and sales presentations.

Complete sales routes and document sales activities within our CRM

Complete required sales reporting

Make group presentation to prospect organizations (e.g. Continuing Education (CE) classes)


Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and pursue business opportunities.

Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets and driving results.
