Colonial Chevrolet in Acton is looking for a Body Shop Assistant / Fixed operations BDC.
Duties Include:
Any logistics involved with assisting the customer through Their Body Shop experience.
Processing paperwork such as billing, Insurance supplements, and payments
Working with insurance company's to get the job completed
Marketing and promoting the Body Shop
Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed for the repair and to receive payment for the repair
Closing all monthly repair orders
Other BDC duties include:
Calling through sales and service lists to make appointments
Calling through Recall lists , manifests lists, and equity mining lists to generate business
Other duties may be assigned by the General Manager, Service, Body shop and sales managers
Position is Monday -Friday 9:00- 5:00
Pay is hourly plus commission and bonuses
