Summary
The Director/Vice President of Sales - Gulf Coast will lead strategic efforts to drive sales growth by securing new refining and chemical projects across key regions, including Houston, Beaumont, Corpus Christi, and Lake Charles. This role requires a proven track record in business development and sales to acquire Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects within the refining, chemical, petrochemical, and midstream industries.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting Gulf Coast refining and chemical operators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, including major operators in refining, petrochemical, and midstream sectors.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs to prioritize business development efforts.
  • Manage annual sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to achieve company goals.
  • Provide leadership and coaching on technical solution selling, negotiation, and long-cycle enterprise sales.
