Your Job Summary
Responsible for expanding our resident community and ensure the smooth transition of new residents into the nursing home. You will be responsible for compliance with admissions packets, actively engaging with potential residents at hospitals, assisting with transportation to and from appointments, and participating in various business development activities as assigned.
Your Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Prior experience in healthcare admissions, business development or a similar role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant softwareStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Your Job Responsibilities
  • Conducts the admission process of signing and explaining admission policies to residents and their families. Ensures a smooth transition is achieved and that all paperwork is complete upon admission. Emphasizes financial arrangements and responsibilities
  • Ensures all admissions packets are complete and accurate according to regulatory standards; and collaborates with the marketing and admissions team to streamline the admissions process.
  • Travels to local hospitals and other community centers to engage with potential residents and their families; explains our services and facilities to potential residents, addressing any questions or concerns; assist interested residents in completing admissions packets before their arrival at the facility.
  • Manages the creation of admissions packets, welcome information for new residents including welcome baskets for new admissions.
  • Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or assigned at any time with or without notice
