About The Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Continuity Exercise Planner to support administering elements of multi-faceted support to mission areas. What you'll do: * Provide strategic planning, business planning, briefing/reporting preparation, and other types of System Integration support. Across all mission areas, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Developing, writing and executing COOP exercises
* Facilitating training for the workforce
* Briefing upper-level customer leadership * Work with the customer to refine specific exercise planning and execution goals
* Provide planning documentation, preparation of delivery materials, facilitation and after-action reports
* Draft an annual exercise strategy/plan with exercise planning goals, objectives, methodology and calendar of proposed exercises
* Participate in and document exercise planning effort and meeting minutes for the exercises design, workflow, after action reporting and corrective action planning
* Assess COOP plans, OPORDS, OPLANS and issuances to develop draft COOP strategy documents
* Assist with administrative functions of COOP planning for both events and exercises
* Assist with continuity training and exercise requirements, developing continuity exercise curriculum, and supporting continuity bi-annual, annual and frequent exercises
Qualifications Required: * Must have an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with relevant polygraph
* Eight (8) years of experience with a bachelor's degree or six (6) years of experience with a master's degree
* Five (5) years of professional IC experience in the customer space is required, with three (3) or more years of COOP business analytical experience * Four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degreeBenefits: Peraton offers enhanced benefits to employees working on this critical National Security program, which includes heavily subsidized employee benefits coverage for you and your dependents, 25 days of PTO accrued annually up to a generous PTO cap and eligible to participate in an attractive bonus plan. Details Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
