Job Description We are seeking an IT Security Specialist III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise critical infrastructure recovery planning, technical business continuity, and multi-platform operations, and a proven ability to develop, review, and validate comprehensive restoral plans and test execution in hybrid environments. Responsibilities: Lead reviews with Bank SMEs to understand the Enterprise Critical Infrastructure (ECI) and gather information to assess restoral plans, test plans, and test execution documents for completeness and quality. Identify and highlight gaps that could impact timely restoration of critical services, and recommend mitigations. Collaborate with SMEs and IOR team members to refine ECI plans to ensure accuracy, readiness, and test preparedness. Support and review technical recovery exercises and document outcomes to meet audit and regulatory expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Working knowledge of architecture and operations across Mainframe, VMware-based cloud hosting, storage, backup, Autosys, and network firewalls. Experience with vendor solutions including Cisco, HP, Broadcom, Check Point, and VMware. Background in technical recovery and technical Business Continuity Planning. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with high attention to detail. Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Ability to work under pressure and meet competing requirements. Prior experience conducting technology assessments and addressing audit and regulatory issues. Preferred Skills: Hands-on participation in disaster recovery tests for complex, hybrid infrastructures. Exposure to first-line and second-line risk or IOR functions in financial services. Work Arrangement & Notes: Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days on site per week. Role has a specific start date requirement. Candidates must be able to meet the defined start date.
