Job Title: Business Continuity Planner

Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Type: Contract (6+months)

Rate: Negotiable

Required Skills:

  • Need to have Wells Fargo specific certification as a "Wells Fargo Certified Continuity Planner" or comparable, deep familiarity with the deliverables / artifacts of the Wells Fargo business continuity planning process.
  • Experience working with SharePoint 2013 collaboration sites including lists, pages, and wikis.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with basic technology terms such as would typically be used in technology projects (e.g., SQL, SAN, LAN, HTML, CSS, Operating System, etc.)
  • Strong facilitation skills, with an emphasis on concise communications. Long-winded candidates will not be a good fit.
  • Self-motivated personality with big-picture awareness and a focus on making the team successful rather than doing the letter of the job. If the team isn't successful, we're not successful.
  • Willingness to put team before self and to engage in healthy discussion of options but to accept and support decisions once they are made.
  • Clear diction and voice easy to understand on phone calls. All of our meetings and interactions are via phone.
  • Upbeat, positive approach to tasks and client/team member interactions.
