As a Business Continuity Lead, you will be responsible for leading ongoing risk assessments to inform resilience strategy and monitor impacts to established risk tolerances across PNC’s Third Parties & Change Initiatives, as well as Program Compliance and Execution. Risk identification is enabled through various activities including:
• Third party Business Resiliency and Operational Resiliency assessments, contract & performance monitoring, source code escrow.
• Change Initiative engagement & monitoring activities.
• Quality Control of Business Resiliency Program Compliance & Execution
As a Business Continuity Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring Risk Assessments and Quality Control Activities are being performed within Service Level Agreements and committed frequencies.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in risk identification & assessments or relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry.
-Strong Knowledge of industry best practices in risk management, risk frameworks, including Risk Aggregation and Concentration, as well as the FFIEC IT Examination Regulatory guidelines

  • Leads in the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans; oversees testing, emergency response, and recovery. Informs in the selection of operating strategies for the continuation of the business within a recovery time objective.
  • Leads business recovery, crisis management, emergency management, contingency planning and disaster-preparedness planning. Looked to for expertise.
  • Conducts, communicates, and maintains business continuity lifecycle planning and business impact analysis. Identifies and quantifies the potential impact of various disruptions and disaster scenarios.
  • Interfaces with LOB committee/executive to report on the compliance of business continuity processes, readiness, events and exercise results. May lead relationships with audit and government regulators on business continuity issues.
  • Responsible for leading high profile initiatives through the development, enhancement and dissemination of continuity processes and standards. Develops and delivers the training on business continuity.
