What are we looking for?
SoftPro is seeking an Enterprise Application Developer in our Raleigh, North Carolina office (hybrid) to join our Technology Operations team. As an Enterprise Application Developer on the Technology Operations team, you will:
  • Directly contribute to the development, operation and enhancement of business-critical systems including 3rd party and internally developed integration products, APIs, Accounting/ERP applications, MS Dynamics 365 CRM, and other applications
  • Contribute to the team's success through close design collaboration with your teammates and stakeholders and by providing full-stack development abilities.
  • Work Full Time / Mon-Fri (working hours negotiable).
  • Travel to Raleigh NC office for defined team or company events no more than two times a year.

What will I do as an Enterprise Application Developer at SoftPro?
  • Develop, enhance and maintain critical business systems including 3rd party integrations, APIs, and back-end configurations and data
  • Contribute to web application development projects and solution development in Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Build security and quality through design and perform individual and cross-team testing
  • Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate solution delivery and maximize personal productivity
  • Assist in the management of deployment pipelines and contribute to continuous delivery
  • Support the end user by resolving escalated application issues
  • Provide an immediate impact in an Agile development team that employs Kanban principles
  • Engage with Product Owners to understand development requests and design and deliver solutions that achieve business and end-user objectives
  • Collaborate with team members to design quality-focused solutions with clear criteria and test designs
  • Contribute to team efficiency and success through active participation, honest feedback and peer support

What skills do I need to be successful as an Enterprise Application Developer at SoftPro?
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • Dedication to quality, security, efficient delivery and end-user satisfaction
  • At least 5 years' development experience in C#, .NET, Microsoft applications, MSSQL, web applications, CSS, XML, JSON, JavaScript
  • At least 5 years' experience in API development
  • At least 5 years' experience in MSSQL database design, development and migration
  • At least 5 years' experience developing applications and integrations within MS Azure architecture
  • At least 3 years' experience utilizing source control applications (Azure DevOps, GIT)
  • At least 3 years' experience with Azure DevOps pipelines, continuous delivery and release automation
  • At least 3 years of development experience in Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, web resources and plug-ins
  • At least 3 years' experience building low-code solutions (MS PowerApps, PowerAutomate, CloudFlow)
