We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Bilingual Administration Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office management. This role is responsible for developing administrative policies, managing office resources, coordinating vendors, and supporting cross-department operations to maintain a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the company's daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office management.
  • Develop, implement, and improve administrative policies, procedures, and internal processes.
  • Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers, including property management, maintenance, security, and office services.
  • Manage administrative budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Organize company meetings, internal events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support cross-department administrative needs and ensure timely operational support.
  • Maintain company records, administrative documentation, and asset management.
  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff when applicable.
  • Assist senior management with administrative planning and special projects.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of administrative or office management experience.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
