We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR and administration Manager to join our team and drive HR initiatives for our growing workforce.
Position Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resources department and ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to develop, enhance, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the overall business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR management, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance review processes.
