About Us:
Foxsemicon Technology, LLC, is a leading company in the semiconductor machining industry, specializing in New Product Introduction (NPI) with a focus on high-precision manufacturing. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR and administration Manager to join our team and drive HR initiatives for our growing workforce.

Position Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resources department and ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to develop, enhance, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the overall business goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR management, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance review processes.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on HR-related issues.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee retention and satisfaction.
  • Oversee training and development programs.
  • Handle employee terminations, layoffs, and exit interviews in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of California labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
