THE JOB:
Join the team as an Assistant Butler at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, where you'll help deliver a world-class luxury experience for some of our most distinguished guests. In this role, you'll provide personalized butler, valet, and amenity services while anticipating guest needs and ensuring every detail of their stay is handled with care and precision.
Working in one of the most exclusive hospitality environments in Las Vegas, you'll create meaningful guest connections, provide exceptional service, and help create unforgettable moments that guests will remember long after their stay.
THE STARTING RATE: $19.00 / Per Hour + Tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Assist Butlers in delivering timely and complete guest services, including serving meals, snacks, tea, hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, and other food and beverage items, as well as cleaning up after service
  • Remain immediately available during assigned shifts to respond to guest needs
  • Assist Butlers in anticipating guest needs and provide proactive support to ensure exceptional service
  • Assist with personal guest services, including haircutting and styling, manicures, massages, and other requested services
  • Prepare and deliver orders to assigned Butlers and maintain a clean kitchen work area
  • Maintain the Butler pantry and other assigned areas in a neat and serviceable condition
  • Identify and correct service standard deficiencies before service is delivered
  • Report deficiencies or safety hazards to the Supervisor and coordinate corrective action as needed
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Three (3) years of prior relevant experience as a food server, bus person or runner
  • Household Management training, Full-Service Restaurant Server training and Bartending training preferred
  • Experience in luxury resorts and/or private estates preferred
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
