We first opened our doors in 1962 as Salt Lake City's original country dance hall, bar, and grill! Over the years, our stage has been home to well-known artists from Brad Paisley and George Jones to Rascal Flatts and The Dixie Chicks. Whether our clients are looking for good music, good food, or a good time, they can always find it with us! Our multifunctional design creates fun nights filled with live music, free mechanical bull rides, pool tables, line dance lessons, couple dance lessons, a karaoke room, and more! We provide a fun and safe environment for both our customers and our employees!

YOUR LIFE AS A KARAOKE HOST - DJ
This part-time weekend position typically works at our country dance hall and bar on Fridays and Saturdays, 9:00 PM - 2:30 AM.
As a Karaoke Host - DJ, you are the party master who gets the music blasting and the people dancing and singing. You are a friendly, charismatic person who can get the party started and make sure people have a good time. Every shift, you familiarize yourself with our song selection so you can offer suggestions to our customers. You have fun, friendly interactions with our customers as they request songs, and you ensure the songs are correctly queued and played.
If the night is slow, you actively encourage people to sing or you get out there yourself and perform a song. You keep your DJ booth clean and organized, and you ensure the sound system quality remains clear and at an appropriate volume. You feel great about being the life of the party and helping others have a fantastic time!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
  • 21+ years old
  • Ability to acquire a Utah alcohol server training card and Salt Lake County Health Department food handler's permit within 14 days of hire
