The Bus/Runner - Bar & Lounge is responsible for supporting front-of-house operations by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficiency within Wynn Las Vegas bar and lounge venues. This role assists bartenders, cocktail servers, and service teams by maintaining guest areas, delivering beverages and service items, resetting tables, and ensuring operational readiness throughout service.

The Bus/Runner plays a key role in delivering a seamless guest experience by supporting the flow of service, maintaining venue presentation standards, and contributing to the energetic and sophisticated atmosphere of Wynn Las Vegas.

Key Responsibilities

  Lounge & Bar Support

  • Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly and efficiently in accordance with service standards
  • Support bartenders and cocktail servers by maintaining table readiness and assisting with guest needs as directed
  • Deliver beverages, glassware, garnishes, and other service items accurately and efficiently throughout the venue
  • Monitor lounge and bar areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout service

  Guest Experience Support

  • Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests while assisting with service needs
  • Respond promptly to guest requests or direct them to the appropriate team member
  • Maintain awareness of lounge flow and guest activity to anticipate operational and service needs

  Operational Efficiency

  • Assist with stocking service stations, bars, glassware, garnishes, napkins, and other supplies
  • Maintain side stations and service areas to ensure the team has necessary tools and products available
  • Support opening, running side work, and closing duties as assigned

  Cleanliness & Presentation

  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, seating areas, floors, bars, and service stations
  • Ensure all venue areas meet Wynn appearance and cleanliness standards
  • Perform immediate cleaning tasks to preserve the guest experience during service
  • Follow all sanitation, health, and hygiene standards

  Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with bartenders, cocktail servers, hosts, runners, and management to ensure smooth service flow
  • Support VIP and special guest experiences through timely service and operational assistance
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

  Compliance & Brand Standards

  • Adhere to all Wynn policies, service standards, and grooming guidelines
  • Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service requirements
  • Maintain professionalism and represent Wynn brand standards at all times
  • Support Forbes Five-Star service standards and luxury hospitality expectations
Qualifications

Qualifications

  Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous restaurant, bar, lounge, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment a plus
  • Candidates must be at least 21 years of age
