Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Summersville, West Virginia.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active West Virginia Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Candidate must agree to a 26-week contract.
  • Completion of a Home Health-specific course (COS-C exam preparation or equivalent) prior to starting is required for candidates without prior home health experience. This is acceptable to the client in lieu of prior HH experience.
  • Please submit a current resume to be considered.
  • Preferred: prior home health experience. Preferred items are not required.
