Job description

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Luxury Apartment Concierge creates a welcoming atmosphere, assists residents, and provides tours for new prospects. This role enhances the luxury apartment experience by applying RMS Companies' hospitality expertise to create a hotel-like experience for renters. The Luxury Apartment Concierge reports to the Property Manager.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a professional, enthusiastic, and courteous ambassador of the building and RMS brand
  • Plan and host resident events
  • Give tours of the building and units to prospective renters – both walk-ins and appointments
  • Work in coordination with leasing administrators in Headquarters office to secure leases and fill vacancies
  • Assist and welcome residents moving into the building
  • Monitor the building for maintenance needs and communicate to Maintenance Staff
  • Monitor inbound email, social, and telephone inquiries and respond in a timely manner with the requested information – track and organize all information
  • Work with the back-office staff on any payment issues
  • Organize mail & packages
  • Monitor parking garage
  • Enforce community rules
  • Establish partnerships and engage the local community
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Hospitality experience preferred

  • Training will be provided
  • This is a full-time position, and candidates will be required to work varying shifts 9am-6pm and/or 3pm-11pm including weekends.
  • Pay rate: $23.00/hr + discretionary bonus
