Apprentice Building / Facilities Engineer1st Shift | $25–$30/hr | Paid Training & Licensing
About the Job

Entry-level role with hands-on training alongside licensed engineers. This is a growth-focused position for someone who wants to move into a Boiler or Building Engineer role long term.


Schedule & Location
  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Light on-call rotation after training
  • Clean, modern corporate campus

What You’ll Do
  • Help with preventive maintenance on HVAC, pumps, motors, and air systems
  • Assist with boilers, chillers, and cooling towers
  • Troubleshoot basic mechanical and building system issues
  • Support repairs, coordinate with contractors, and respond to issues
  • Work directly with experienced engineers and learn on the job

What You Need
  • 1–2+ years in maintenance, HVAC, or mechanical work
  • Basic mechanical skills and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable using tools and following safety practices
  • Interest in getting licensed (boiler/building engineer)
