Job description

We are seeking a HVAC/Mechanical Project Manager/Estimator to become an integral part of our HVAC team. This person’s focus will be on supporting our clients in the healthcare, institutional, and life science markets. With us, you are joining a team focused on being the best!

Education:

· BA/BS (Project Management, Engineering, Construction or Related Field Desired)

· Estimating Software (QuoteSoft / Quickpen / AutoBid / Other)

· 3-5-years plus estimating HVAC / Mechanical / Construction projects required

Skills:

· Communication (Via Phone - emails last)

· On-screen take-off with estimating software

· Strong time management and organizational skills

· Able to read and interpret plans and specifications

· Knowledge of Building Connected / Procore / Bluebeam / Microsoft Office

Traits:

· Team focused attitude

· Strong verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with our customers, coworkers, vendors, and subcontractors

Tasks:

· Distribution of bid Invites to Subs / Vendors and tracking responses
