This program provides comprehensive, performance based, Base Operations Services (BOS) for the headquarters of a major customer in the intelligence community, located in the National Capital Region (NCR). Support includes program management, workforce and security support services, logistics, environmental and occupational health, project management, operations, maintenance, repair, grounds maintenance and custodial services for the 2.5 million square foot state-of-the-art headquarters building, limited support to adjacent customer buildings, and over 100 small satellite locations. The program requires a highly capable team to ensure mission-critical systems and environments operate efficiently and securely, supporting thousands of personnel in a dynamic and evolving environment.

This position is contingent based on contract award. #clearance Responsibilities V2X is seeking a properly trained and certified Building Automation Technical Lead (BAL), capable of managing and monitoring the Government facilities' various automation systems, including: * Building Automation System * Fire Alarm / Fire Suppression / Mass Notification * Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) * Elevator Monitoring System * Lawn Irrigation System * Parking Guidance System * Generator Monitoring System * Lutron System * Vibration Monitoring * Veeder-Root Fuel Monitoring System * Sound masking system The lead shall be required to serve on a day-to-day basis during normal business hours, and on an "on-call" basis to support the Government's automation systems with server administration, mechanical control support, trending, system programming, and other troubleshooting techniques. Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Certified as "Master Operator for APOGEE™ with BACnet™" through a Siemens™-approved training program.

* Certified in Honeywell™ BAS. * Licensed Maryland 1st class or Washington, DC 3rd class Stationary Engineer * Experienced with programming changes and implementing new system functionality. * Experienced with programming the system(s) to enable the proper monitoring and functionality of any newly installed equipment.

* Additional experience including: * Managing personnel across multiple shifts. * Documenting system changes. * Reading construction blueprints.

* The lead shall have no less than ten years of building automation service experience and shall provide details regarding their experience in network administration, Domain Name Server (DNS) maintenance, Field Level Network (FLN) troubleshooting, and commissioning. Security Clearance Requirement: This position requires a current Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) Clearance.
