aFit Staffing is seeking a Senior Salesforce Platform Owner & Developer for an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is ideal for an experienced Salesforce professional who combines deep technical expertise with platform ownership and strategic leadership.

The successful candidate will play a key role in an ongoing business transformation initiative, helping modernize and expand the organization's Salesforce ecosystem while partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders.

This position is responsible for both the administration and development of a mature Salesforce environment supporting critical business operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable owning platform strategy, designing scalable solutions, and delivering hands-on development using modern Salesforce technologies.
