Key Responsibilities for the Budget Manager:
• Lead agency-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Manage budgets across 60+ grants and contracts
• Oversee OTPS and payroll allocations across programs
• Supervise and develop fiscal staff, including analysts
• Prepare and submit CFR and funder reports
• Partner with funders to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy
Qualifications for the Budget Manager:
• 5+ years of experience in organizational budgeting
• Strong experience managing multi-grant budgets and CFR reporting
• Prior team management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
