Job Title: Salesforce Architect – Telecom & AI
Location: Atlanta, GA / Onsite 
Duration: Contract / W2
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions, preferably within the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, telecom business processes, and emerging AI capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture solutions across enterprise environments.
  • Lead architecture and implementation of Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to define scalable CRM solutions for telecom business use cases.
  • Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as billing, provisioning, OSS/BSS, ERP, and customer service platforms.
  • Design and implement telecom-specific workflows including:
    • Order Management
    • CPQ / Quote-to-Cash
    • Customer Lifecycle Management
    • Product Catalog Management
    • Case Management and Service Operations
  • Provide technical leadership on development using:
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Visualforce (if needed)
    • APIs / Integration frameworks
  • Implement security, governance, data model, and performance optimization best practices.
  • Drive AI-enabled CRM initiatives using Salesforce AI capabilities.
AI Experience Required:
  • Hands-on or implementation experience with:
    • Salesforce Einstein
    • Agentforce
    • Einstein GPT / AI Cloud
    • Prompt Builder
    • Predictive Analytics / Recommendation Engines
    • Generative AI integrations within Salesforce
  • Experience integrating external AI/LLM services into Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of IT experience
  • 5+ years as Salesforce Architect / Solution Architect
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Industries / Vlocity
  • Telecom domain experience is mandatory/preferred
  • Strong knowledge of OSS/BSS, Billing, CRM, CPQ, Order Management
  • Integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, or MuleSoft
  • Salesforce certifications preferred:
    • Application Architect
    • System Architect
    • Certified Technical Architect (preferred)
    • Salesforce Industries certifications (plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects for telecom clients
  • Strong stakeholder communication and solution design skills
