Summary:
The Manager of Network Operations for the Children's Health Care Network is responsible for overseeing initiatives that support network goals and promoting the optimal use of Network programs and services. This role requires considerable experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational policies and practices. This incumbent oversees enterprise-wide initiatives that encompass hospital employees and leaders as well as representatives from Network member organizations. The manager works with members of Network Outreach, Physician Operations, Nursing, Enterprise Care Management, Information Services and other hospital and network groups as assigned, in the development, maintenance and operational success of Network activities such as Physician EMR, Nurse Advice Line and purchasing. This role manages and reports data that measures and quantifies the success of Network growth and activities.

Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day Network operations, fostering efficiency and adherence to established standards.
* Oversee the onboarding of new member practices and the ongoing maintenance of member requirements.
* Maximize Salesforce and other CRM tools and data analytics to ensure full engagement with members.
* Deploy timely, engaging communications to the member practices and organizations, ensuring their awareness of network requirements, changes and goals.
* Partner regularly with various CHST departments (Information Services, Compliance, Physician Operations) to identify new opportunities and solutions that meet member operational needs.
* Anticipate needs or problems that arise concerning the member practices and organizations and strategize to find solutions.
* Drive operational excellence and foster a customer-centric culture.
* Ensure adherence to governance and compliance measures that are in line with industry and regulatory best practices and CHST standards.
* Collaborate with other departments at Children's and Network members to ensure excellent service delivery to Network members.
* Participate and sometimes lead committees and work groups that include medical, Network and CHST leadership.
* Oversee coordination of various co-functions of Network services such as PEMR, the Nurse Advice Line, quality reporting and purchasing programs.

WORK EXPERIENCE
* At least 5 years healthcare environment Required
* At least 3 years working in a clinically integrated physician network Preferred
* At least 1 year experience in a primary-care or clinical outpatient practice Preferred
EDUCATION
* Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Required
* Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience MHA or MBA Preferred
