Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Process Reengineering Specialist to join our team in Lansing, MI. This role will focus on analyzing and improving business processes, ensuring effective communication, and leveraging technical knowledge to drive project success. The position requires hybrid work, with on-site presence required two days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience in business process reengineering and a relevant bachelor's degree
  • Background in training or teaching
  • Proficient in Azure DevOps, with experience in creating epics/features
  • Knowledge of BA, QA, and DEV roles/responsibilities, with experience in as-is/to-be processes
