Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and experienced BSA Lead/Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, agile product management, and strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for delivering high-impact digital solutions that drive business value.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Product Ownership & Strategy
  • Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for ServiceNow initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
  • ServiceNow Expertise
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform and applications.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend adoption of new features.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years in equivalent experience.
  • 8 - 12+ years of related experience in product ownership, project management, or service delivery management.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience in a role performing the listed responsibilities, including experience with the following artifacts: assisting in creation of scope documents, eliciting and documenting functional/non-functional requirements and use cases.

Compensation Range:

$70,000 - $140,000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
