and execute strategy, as well as see it through to the end?

Sundays when you walk down the street to your favorite brunch spot to be stress-free with your

favorite friends. Through meaningful campaigns, amazing stories, high-quality content and

offline events, we have brought our customers a product that is cozy, convenient and that brings

the carefree mindset we wish we were always in.

We are looking for individuals that want to be a part of a lean, entrepreneurial and fast-pace

team, but also want to kick it once the day ends. We are looking to build a family that will

continue to create emotional connections with each other and with the brand.

We’ve got a vision and a great opportunity in front of us, but we just need the right family to

execute it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for being the absolute brand ‘protector,’ making sure that all customer
  • facing initiatives are consistent to our brand values and aesthetic
  • Own and manage the annual brand plan and marketing calendar, working closely with
  • the product team on timeline coordination, review cadence for brand marketing
  • initiatives.
  • Conceive, craft, and help execute best-in-class creative and content ideas on brand, on
  • strategy, on time, and on budget.
  • Identify and nurture a creative network in order to hire successfully and quickly for both
  • full time and freelance needs
  • Continually survey, discuss, and share art, culture, and trends with the organization.
  • Create internal marketing briefs that inspire creativity throughout all partners

Need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
  • 3+ years experience in developing strategic brand and creative direction at a creative
  • agency and/or in-house creative department
  • A scrappy attitude, are highly resourceful, and are not in the habit of depending on large
  • budgets or stacked staffing to complete high-quality projects on time.
  • You have great taste in copy, design, music, movies, series etc.
  • Skilled in managing social driven campaigns and online channels of distribution
  • Ability to be a source of inspiration and energy for the team around you

Nice to have:

  • Content production experience including; script writing, art direction, directing talent, and post production management.
  • Ability to help out the team in projects not related to your position
  • Skilled in Microsoft/Adobe Suite
