Brunch & Sip:

At Brunch & Sip, were all about highenergy brunch vibesmusic thumping, flavors popping, and a kitchen that moves at full speed from open to close. Were looking for a dependable, fastmoving Steward/Dishwasher who can keep that momentum going by making sure our team always has clean plates, sparkling utensils, and readytoroll equipment. This role is the backbone of our backofhouse, keeping the flow smooth and the brunch party alive. Position: Steward/Dishwasher

Location: In person required: 11801 Ventura Blvd. Studio City, CA 91604

Shift: Open, Swing, Closing, Weekends, Holidays

Starting Base Salary: $17 - $22 per hour depending on experience

Expected Hours: 20 - 30 hours per week (based upon business needs)

Supervisory: Reports to Kitchen Manager, Assist GM, and General Manager

Position Summary:

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment. This role ensures that all backofhouse and frontofhouse teams have the clean tools they need to operate efficiently. The Dishwasher also assists with general kitchen cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and maintaining a tidy dish area. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work quickly in a fastpaced environment, and a dependable, teamoriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area, sinks, and storage spaces
  • Assist with trash removal, sweeping, and general kitchen cleanliness
  • Help restock clean items to the appropriate stations
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
  • Support kitchen staff with basic prep or cleaning tasks as needed
  • Work efficiently during highvolume periods while staying focused and positive

What Were Looking For:

  • No experience required well train the right person
  • Strong work ethic and ability to stay on task
  • Work collaboratively with prep cooks, line cooks, servers, bussers, barbacks, bartenders, and server assistants to ensure positive flow of work
  • Organized, efficient, and able to multitask
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
  • Dependable, punctual, and eager to serve
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong understanding of health regulations and ability to enforce cleanliness standards.
