Position Overview

Circle Logistics is seeking a driven Senior Account Manager to join our team in Arkansas. This role operates in a cradle-to-grave brokerage environment, meaning you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of your accounts-from prospecting and securing new customers to managing freight execution and maintaining long-term client relationships.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy sales environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in owning their accounts from the first call through successful load delivery.

This is a remote role to start. Once our office opens the role will be an on-site position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new shipper relationships through outbound outreach and networking
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of freight opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing new business
  • Oversee day-to-day management of customer accounts and freight movements
  • Coordinate with carriers and internal operations teams to ensure successful load execution
  • Negotiate rates with both customers and carriers to maintain strong profit margins
  • Provide exceptional customer service and proactive communication
  • Grow and retain existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and expanding freight volume
  • Monitor market conditions and provide strategic solutions to customers
