We're looking for an experienced Broiler Cook who understands the importance of timing, consistency, and execution. If you have a passion for cooking over open flame, take pride in quality, and enjoy working alongside a talented culinary team, this is the opportunity for you.

As a key member of our HIGH VOLUME kitchen, you'll play a critical role in delivering the exceptional food and dining experiences our guests expect every day.

What You'll Do
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Prepare food for service, including meats, vegetables, sauces, and other menu components.
  • Cook menu items according to company recipes, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Execute broiled and grilled items with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and culinary team to ensure smooth service.
  • Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
  • Keep stations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and plated correctly while maintaining ticket times.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Broiler Cook, Line Cook, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment, and procedures.
  • Experience cooking meats to proper temperatures and specifications.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
  • Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and chef direction.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset and strong communication abilities.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Culinary school training is a plus but not required.
