Opening Fall 2026 in Fort Lauderdale, Caviar Club is building an elite culinary team from the ground up. We are a modern American restaurant focused on exceptional seafood, premium steaks, caviar, and luxury ingredients served in a vibrant, high-energy dining experience.
We're seeking an experienced Broiler Cook who takes pride in precision, consistency, and execution. As the Broiler Cook, you will be responsible for one of the most important stations in the kitchen, delivering perfectly cooked steaks, seafood, and premium proteins every service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, has exceptional attention to detail, and understands that every degree matters.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Operate the broiler and grill stations with precision, efficiency, and consistency
Cook steaks, seafood, and other proteins to exact temperature specifications
Execute the perfect sear, char, crust, and doneness while maintaining speed during high-volume service
Follow standardized recipes, portion specifications, and plating standards
Monitor and maintain proper broiler temperatures and cooking equipment throughout service
Work closely with the Expo team to ensure accurate ticket execution and timely delivery
Prepare proteins through trimming, cutting, seasoning, marinating, and portioning according to Caviar Club standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station before, during, and after service
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
Execute all tasks assigned by the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and Kitchen Leadership with professionalism and urgency
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience cooking steaks and proteins in a high-volume, steakhouse, or fine dining environment preferred
Strong understanding of meat temperatures, resting, carryover cooking, and proper grilling techniques
Experience operating broilers, grills, or wood-fired cooking equipment is a plus
Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality or consistency
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
