What You Will Do: 

The Broadband Technician Installer - InHome Equipment is responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting broadband services inside Members' homes and small or large businesses. This role focuses on delivering a highquality member experience by ensuring broadband equipment is installed safely, neatly, and functions reliably. The installer educates members on proper equipment use and provides basic troubleshooting and support at the time of installation.

What You Bring to Trico:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Valid Arizona driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  3. Ability to pass required background check and drug screening.
  4. Experience in residential broadband, telecommunications, cable, or lowvoltage installation preferred.
  5. Demonstrated experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of commercial broadband systems, including fiber-optic and/or coaxial networks, for business and enterprise customers.
  6. Understanding of fibertothehome (FTTH) service delivery and how inhome equipment connects to the network.
  7. Knowledge of ONTs, routers, WiFi extenders, Ethernet connections, and VoIP equipment used in residential installations.
